Payment:
We require full payment on the day of service. Our friendly staff then promptly process your Medicare rebate (providing a valid GP Mental Health Care Plan is in place).
Late Cancellations/No-Show to scheduled appointments:
You will receive an SMS reminder two days prior to your appointment. We require you to reply with YES to secure your appointment or NO to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or non-attendance without notifying us will incur a 50% + GST cancellation fee.
